• Strategic, sales, marketing and operational responsibility for a multi-site specialist distribution operation.• Full P&L responsibility.• Lead and mentor the State Management teams.• Senior level supplier liaison and negotiations.• Negotiate major supplier deals with key Electrical and Communications Contractors.• Maintain senior level relationships with key and strategic contractors and end users.• Develop and implement a five-year business plan, including fully costed sales and operational budgets.• Develop and implement five year sales and marketing plan.• Attend executive meetings and develop strategies for the Rexel Group of Companies.

• Sales responsibility for D-Link’s Ethernet Communications products.• Manage all distribution channels and work with them to develop a viable reseller channel.• Present at industry seminars on latest technologies, practices and protocols, including Gigabit Ethernet and fibre applications.• Prepare and present two and three day D-Link Certified Engineer courses throughout Australia and New Zealand.• Provide input and direction for product development and refinement at regular factory meetings.• Maintain senior level relationships with key and strategic customers, end users, carriers, industry and Government.
