• Designed CPG planning and office products, packaging and web graphics for brands such as AT-A-GLANCE®, CAMBRIDGE® and Mead® within a cross-functional team, resulting in consistent placement at Target, Walmart, Staples and Office Depot.• Designed, managed and tracked private-brand products and packaging for Staples, CVS, Walmart, Office Depot and Target. Implemented adaptive design across large office product programs.• Created, maintained and updated AT-A-GLANCE® templated packaging artwork to produce consistency among hundreds of products. • Department focal for updating, managing and ensuring brand, redesign and packaging guidelines were consistently and creatively embraced.• Drove a large team of designers, off-site illustrators and design agencies to produce a robust Mead® Early Learning product line consisting of licensed and non-licensed learning workbooks, flashcards, learning kits and games resulting in incremental growth for the brand.
