I am a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in e-Commerce industry, focused on providing the best possible experience for our clients. I do this by focusing on three key areas:1) Working Directly with Clients- Minimize impact of production environment issues through quick short term changes, while working on longer term solutions to fully address problem- Travel on-site to client locations to resolve critical situations- Attend our conferences as part of representing the Commerce Search team2) Enablement- Create problem determination documentation (ex.
