I began by building the tapered roofing systems and mastering how to take designs, apply them to the materials, and then offer the best service and product on the market in Canada. Our standards cannot be surpassed when it comes to quality of product leaving our plant, and the customer service is the cherry on top. After my tenure of building and designing pre-fab tapered roofing systems, I've moved on to continue to grow within the construction industry. Working alongside our owners at Foam Mods, I'm able to continue to offer the best products with continued exceptional service. Stepping into the civil construction and infrastructure world has brought on new opportunities for growth and to build new, long-lasting relationships.I owe it to my mentor for the growth that got me to where I am, and I'm excited to enhance the skillset and the qualities that make an exceptional Business Development Manager.With my experience reading drawings and spec sheets, I'm able to work with developers, contractors, and anyone else to build the best while making sure that the price is right! It’s important to me that we exceed expectations for our customers because I treat every opportunity as if the job had my name on it, not just theirs. I was raised for sales by my father, who is a top seller in his own industry and has been a sales manager for 15+ years, who emphasized that the foundations of a true salesman hold these qualities: honesty, integrity, responsibility, reliability, accountability, and discipline.Relationships are not built on sunshine and rainbows, they are built on the willingness to overcome challenges together and hard times; until you know what you’re willing to do for one another to overcome challenges, you will never understand the true core values and depth of the people who you choose to do business with.I’ve, also, been blessed to have worked in the passed as a personal trainer, life coach, and yoga instructor. The niche I worked in had people ranging from mental health struggles such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, as well as people who were physically disabled, or young men and women with Down syndrome. These experiences allowed me to develop patience with people, and to problem solve beyond the moment, to look beyond the person sitting in front of me into who someone truly was within and could be in this world.
