Advance access to art and cultural activities amongst the general public of the Reno/Tahoe area. Facilitate the development of artists skills by providing spaces to practice, rehearse, and work. Provide opportunities for the general public to develop skills through a variety of free or affordable workshops.

Redevelopment of a vegetarian/vegan menu. General preparation and serving of food. Quality control. Sourcing and buying. Trained volunteers as to food preparation and general health and safety guidelines. Curated the cafe' gallery. Helped book musicians to play on the cafe' stage. Smoke machine technician.

In the month of residency I completed 21 paintings all on recycled pieces of wood or canvas. Then organized a group showcase silent auction in which 50 artists donated pieces as part of a fundraiser to benefit The Forest Cafe'.
