Designed and implemented a crypto exchange product to meet our clients’ need for a crypto investing product: the proof of concept was presented to and approved by the New Product Committee, securing a budget to spin out a crypto company under DriveWealth, known as DriveDigital. As the technical product manager at Drive Digital, I worked hand-in-hand with the developers, managed relationship with legal team to address concerns & get product approval in an uncertain regulatory landscape and worked with sales to pitch the product and identify potential Beta Partners to be the first to roll out the crypto product driven by DriveDigital.Before DriveDigital, I was the project manager at DriveWealth Institutional where I oversaw stabilization & growth of the institutional product when Cuttone&Co was acquired by DriveWealth.
