Previous Operations Experience: Mr. Brown served in a network operations manager, while maintaining strong foundations in business processes, IT Service Management (ITSM) - including ITIL standards, and project management. These experiences were also utilized to assist with problem solving and connectivity issues. As a Technical Services Manager, Mr. Brown maintained ownership of a large operations budget for the Network Services support of our nations Intelligence Community. Mr. Brown was the manager with oversight of nearly 150 diverse technicians, to include resource management responsibilities. These technicians support the areas of network configuration, device management, unified communications (VTC, VOIP), desktop support, and web access, for the users across multiple classification domains. Mr. Brown has had extensive Enterprise Service Desk and Customer Service Management experience as well, implementing best ITSM practices. Mr. Brown has considerable knowledge and experience with various sized system implementations, including project planning, business process re-engineering, requirements gathering, and testing. Mr. Brown has coupled his technical background with successful operations and project management responsibilities. Mr. Brown is a creative and aggressive self-starter exhibiting integrative thinking skills, with the capability of forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships (with the customer and with internal decision makers) in both independent and team environments.
