I graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in social studies education. I spend several months as a substitute teacher before gaining full-time employment at Travis Technology High School. From there I moved on to Milwaukee Excel High School where I was the lead social studies teacher. I moved to Texas in 2014 and began work in sales. While in Texas I worked as a sales representative for both Capitol Acquisitions and Gold’s Gym. I moved back to Wisconsin in 2015 and worked as the bar/restaurant manager for Yankee Jack’s Bar and Grill before the business restructured and relocated to become Yankee Jack’s Public House. I continued my role as the front of the house manager before moving back to Milwaukee in 2018 where I worked as a facility and operations manager at AXE MKE.
