• Design and implement recreation programs for seniors within the Retirement Lodge.• Responsible for up to 14 Resident Attendants, scheduled within the union structure.• Provide excellent customer service and support while working with our Sales/Marketing Team.• Responsible for monthly calendars, schedules, booking entertainment and promotional materials.• Chair resident meetings, providing agenda and minutes.• Attend manager meetings and help provide direction on facility policy development.• Screen, interview and hire volunteers, as well as provide training to orientate them to the home.• Manager on duty for weekends and later weekday hours.

• We have a full line of Office Solutions - copiers/printers, phone systems and office furniture.• Responsible for actively seeking new clients/customers and maintaining existing relationships.• Provide excellent customer service and support while educating customers on office solutions.• Responsible for opening a new line of production quality products and building a customer base.

• Responsible for 55 + employees who range from certified Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapist to Kinesiologists, Foot Care Nurses, Massage Therapists and PTAs.• Supporting floor staff by providing equipment/supplies in 36 facilities from Barrie, Orillia, Collingwood, Owen Sounds, Kincardine and Mitchell Areas.• Provide analysis (through comparison of metrics) and make changes to staffing levels based on staff productivity, outcomes and our level of service. • Liaisons with Facility Administrators to build a good working relationship, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively so our team is running efficiently within their facilities.• Main point of contact for some of our larger corporate contracts.
