My responsibilities included overseeing engineering teams across multiple clients, making architecture and technology decisions, managing personnel, and driving processes. Specific tasks included helping drive process for a 50 person engineering team, overseeing a financial website rebuild that leveraged AI/LLM technology to reduce support volume, and making platform improvements to call center software that supports millions of calls per month.

Responsibilities included full-stack web development, database architecture, DevOps and cloud deployment, and hiring.

ClearCompany is a SaaS company delivering Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Performance Management Systems. My job was to build scalable systems that were both pleasant to look at and easy to use. This included leading development on a customizable applicant tracking system and participating in interviewing and hiring to double the team size.
