Main responsibility was overseeing the development of automation production line for haptic projects for Apple clients, the key points of my job were as follows:-Develop and review automation development plans based on the project milestones, ensuring timely presentation of improvement plans to customers to address potential risks-Coordinate internal automation development plans according to the officially confirmed bring-up plan, closely monitoring manufacturers’ progress to achieve targets-Lead and complete design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews on time, following upon any issues discussed during review meetings until solution is implemented to ensure the smooth implementation of the automation development-Provide customers with regular updated of automation development status through automation schedules and trackers-Participate in weekly meetings with customers to report on the progress of automation development and promptly highlight any relevant risks-Resource coordination and management in the process of automation development, sort out the automation issues during the development and track the completion by MILs to ensure successful development-Ensure team members submit daily reports and key milestone reports on time while reviewing report quality to meet customer requirements-Lead the team to identify schedules, designs and quality risks from customer complaints; organize review meeting within team to quickly implement relevant solutions if necessary-Accompany customer to visit the automation line and introduce the assembly process.
