This included mapping out a client’s existing service incident escalations, then re-routing printer hardware service issues and other services under being moved under contract.• Managed asset information collection and database development of client printer fleet. This included network scans and physical inventory of print devices. The information was processed and prepared for an Oracle based device entitlement system and a remote management system by FM Audit that communicates to print devices via IP and SNMP.• Provided expertise on competitive printer makes including HP, Lexmark, Xerox and others. This included knowledge of print devices menu navigation, accessing the device via a browser client, accessing the Management Information Base (MIB) and general knowledge of supply types resulting in a 15% increase in new business development.• Provided leadership and direction to on-site service delivery teams from contract signature through the completion of the implementation process.• Led many implementations in North Florida as well as North and South Carolina. Including Law Firms, Schools, and various large hospitals. Each having its own set of challenges with various locations through the United States.
