My position at Interra International allows me to work directly with the other employees as well as all the technology they use, supporting them from the server side to the client side and everything in between. I am picking up some new skills in software, like with Kaseya based solutions, developing the scripts, policies and deployment methods within that space. I'm also working with AD and Exchange, brushing up and enhancing my skills in these areas.

During my time in this position I reconciled inventory in the database with actual inventory counts making corrections as needed as well as assisting with transferring product to and from warehouses or stores.

In this position I processed return requests for individual customers as well as dealers around the world. Also during my time I identified software errors that were assessing incorrect taxes and worked with the lead software manager to fix these issues. I was also asked to revise the RMA process, doing so I increased efficiency by 15 minutes and was also asked by my manager to train others on RMA process.

While I was here I worked in a few different sales floor positions before landing a spot in the electronics and photo department. Primarily I was in the photo lab processing film using analog chemical machines and digital kiosks. I was responsible for testing the chemicals each day and correcting when they were off, also provided in-store troubleshooting for the lab equipement chemical and digital, ordered supplies for the lab and when needed worked with outside technicions to fix the machines.
