• Manage a cadre of special agents and state and local officers involved in covert operations and investigations relating to: money laundering, drug smuggling, national security, human trafficking, intellectual property rights and child pornography. The office consistently led ALL other New England HSI offices in: arrests, search warrants and convictions. • Guest speaker at the Naval War College, universities and financial institutions relating to national security and money laundering. • Led two (2) multi-agency task forces in combatting human trafficking and counter proliferation/sanction busting.

Dubai, Uae

• In partnership with UAE Officials, lead a squad of U.S. Officials responsible for preventing terrorists and their weapons (WMD) from entering the U.S. • Coordinated the seizure of 14.5 tons of Acetic Anhydride, the largest precursor chemical seizure by the UAE government. • Spearheaded a U.S./UAE sanction investigation that led to the U.S. indictment, arrest, and conviction of more than 35 individuals and entities acquiring US military, and dual use technology for the Islamic Republic of Iran. • Organized numerous money laundering and counter proliferation training seminars for UAE and Oman officials. Led a US/UAE delegation to Washington to share best practices in these areas. • Headed the first U.S. Homeland Security delegation to Kabul, Afghanistan to train host nation in the area of anti-money laundering and corruption.
