Greater Atlanta Area

 Redesigned the network information structure to increase uptime and productivity and the network security policies to meet the SAS70 Type I and Type II requirements. Converted the call center agents to Wyse Thin client, to create a single center for user support. Installed and maintained an Oaisys call center recording system, to monitor and record all calls from all phone in the call center(s). Administered the Technology Department for a Collection Agency with 200+ users with 5 locations across the US. Supervised the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, MS SQL (2000 – 2005) Server, and Microsoft Exchange Server (2000 – 2010).

Greater Atlanta Area

 Transferred to the Gateway Server Support Team to Support the Gateway Server Platform and was further trained by IBM to support all XSeries. Designed and installed the secure wireless network for the computer labs and wrote TRLs (Technical Resource Library) on Gateway Server Products for new product training. Coached by Gateway to support all the Gateway and ALR servers and became a member of the Gateway TESS team (Technical Escalation Server Support). Supported Linux and Windows OS for customers that had OS contracts including Installation, maintenance, and recovery. Deciphered hardware problems and performed hardware support including RAID troubleshooting and recovery.

Kennesaw, Georgia

 Devised and used Windows NT 4, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 Server and Linux Web servers for customer web hosting. Manipulated different types of networking hardware and software which includes Cisco Routers and Firewalls, Sonicwall Firewalls and VPN clients.  Supported Linux Web servers for customer web hosting and acted as local administrator for the company’s local area network. Positioned phone lines and cabling when working as a telephony consultant; installed and maintained the Artisoft TeleVantage computer based PBX phone system. Installed and configured Polycom VoIP phones for local use and remote locations across the country.
