Essential Duties & Responsibilities-Design, plan, implement and document CCAS designsDrive, participate and collaborate with cross functional teams from architecture, other engineering groups, security, infrastructure, and vendors-Maintain network storages at primary, disaster recovery, and other operational sites-Integrate and design CCAS infrastructure with global XaaS and cloud services-Work with functional business partners to properly collect requirements, to architect, design, document and implement global solutions-Participate contract negotiations and vendor management with major hardware, software, and service providers as well as consultants-Articulate technology proposal resonating business cases and requirement-Participate in Change Management and prepare professional ITIL class documents-Analyse data access activity and service challenges to discover and prevent systematic errors-Knowledge of enterprise-level tools and products to provide CCAS services including : AWS, Azure, Dropbox, O365, SharePoint, web security, various types of cloud services, et al.-Focus on cloud services availability visibility, data access security and SSO seamless authentication.-Tier 4 support for critical escalations-End user computing knowledge and experiences
