Project Manager
CurrentDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed to specifications • Oversee the construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical and plumbing installation, and finishing work • Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues • Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that work is completed on time and to quality standards • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed to specifications • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on construction sites
