Managing my portfolio’s audit activities, documentation, license management and contract reviews.• Responsible for driving early adoption, service introduction, operational transition, and continuous life cycle activities for service offerings, as well as service improvement and product compliance initiatives. • Facilitating communication amongst project leaders, peers and relevant department and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment and awareness of current product state and vision. Collaborate with Global Cyber leadership team to create a supporting technology road map. Lead technology programs that are required to deliver the business strategy. Explore new technology options and vendor relationships that will further our cyber business.• Led team that built out EY’s IaaS solution for Threat Detection and Response focusing on repeatability, self-service and automation.• Spearheaded development for deployment of Digital Identity as a Service onto EY’s Azure cloud utilizing both infrastructure as a code as well as automated deployment of applications.• Refined cloud security controls and streamlined the Infosec certification process to have pre-certified blueprints as part of a global service catalog thereby reducing deployment time by 80%.• Built out investment plan for each Fiscal year and associated business cases for Global approval.
