Main Responsibility:  At beginning of the project• Coordinate with client to draft project budget;• Participate in the bidding to select LDI, contractors and Jianli, • Deal with the official document for project registration. • Submit drawing to third party and fire bureau for assessment• Deal with different stakeholders to obtain the construction permit• Draft the proposal of project plan During the construction stage, coordinate with different stakeholders upon the on-site construction management.• Organize the meeting for electro - mechanical system clarification and the design change order; • Assess and track the construction plan of electro - mechanical system, follow up the progress and material purchasing. • Verify the material brands and inspect in coming material for electro - mechanical system.• Organize the coordination meeting to update on-site issues.• Audit the on-site change order of electro - mechanical system, arrange the on-site inspection and final acceptance.  By the end of the project, support with the contractors for finalacceptance in planning, environmental protection, landscaping, etc. Show less
