Sales Engineer: Take charge in serving NCAB group, mainly in quotation,order tracking and as assistant to settle quality problem for customers, also maintain good relationship with customer and insist in prospecting customer gradually. My target sale is 500,000 $ per month, but I exceeded it several months with approx. 700,000$ per month, I got some cooperation techniques with customer and my colleagues during this period, especially in team-work with other members in our team, so we can accomplish our task with high efficiency.

MI Leader: Team leader of a six-team, which including two MI engineers, three CAD/CAM engineers (one for drilling &routing tools, one for film tools and left one is for tools checking).Firstly, do feasibility evaluation analysis before production, especially of CAD/CAM data analysis (Genesis 2000), checking all information provided by customer with our factory current capability.Checklist preparing based on master-artwork analysis, PCB fabrication drawing notes, general specification requirement and e-mail, etc.Then, make responsible suggestions to improve efficiency, quality and facilitate production if there were any contents need to be clarified or out of process capability, that names TQ issue in Topsearch.Finally, prepare proper & reasonable PCB manufacturing instructions for production line, in which contains production processes, manufacturing parameters, special requirement for processes, artwork modification notes, etc.
