• Inspected of 200 natural gas operators throughout the State of Tennessee while maintaining consistent enforcement of the Minimum Federal Safety Standards• Conducted comprehensive standard and specialized inspections on a four year rotation• Generation of detailed and comprehensive inspection reports for the operators after each inspection• Construction inspections included pipeline installations and bypass regulator station installations• Integrity Management risk based analysis inspections were conducted on operators with transmission lines / Distribution Integrity Management risk based analysis inspections were conducted on each operator in the State with gas distribution systems• Incident inspection reports were prepared for each accident which met incident criteria

• Project management included million dollar projects while coordinating twenty ongoing roof top and ground based projects • Project timeline inception and assessment were developed to project accurate milestone goals• Construction Management includes Field Inspector coordination, contractor coordination, construction document coordination and Zoning and Building permit procurement• Construction project bidding and analysis were performed in conjunction with financial evaluation and material procurement tracking and transport as required to meet project milestones
