I will expect to work closely with cross-functional teams in operations, product, and hardware to define and deliver outstanding products.*Demonstrate competence in all phases of product development lifecycle working with ODM, OEM and JDM partners. *Familiar with Mobile Phone, PDA, IP phone, Indoor/Outdoor Access point, Set top Box, SWITCH, Wireless Controller and Network Home Security System Product Mechanical design. *Familiar with PTC Creo, AutoCAD system. *Familiar with sheet metal, plastic design, plastic injection molding, Compression Rubber, Extrusion, Die Casting, Machining, Anodization process and DFM (design for manufacturability).* Mechanical Design review for Thermal, DFA and DFM.* Environmental test (i.e. Drop/Shock/Vibration test, Thermal test etc) standard, process and criteria pertaining to mechanical design. * Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Supplier management skills and BOM cost review. *Good team player.
