As project manager my primary responsibly is to manage capital projects ranging from $50k to $30M. Tasks include but are not limited to collecting customer data for engineering, over see the manufacturing to ensure quality and schedule are maintained and provide customer support for when our equipment is commissioned. My primary responsibilities as a production manager were to plan production, expedite customer orders and approve factory expense purchases. Achievements:- Project manager for $1.2M capital expenditure on a horizontal machining center. - Developed and instituted barcoded work orders for electronic time keeping to eliminate hand written time cards. - Moved a department to follow lean principles by creating a work cell.

As an Estimator my primary responsibilities were to prepare formal quotations for our customers and process customer purchase orders by creating work orders for production. I was also responsible for purchasing materials and outside services for the work orders I processed.Achievements:- Developed and instituted the inventory module of our business system that utilized supply and demand for both purchased and manufactured parts.- Lead several 5S Kaizen events.- Wrote procedures and work instructions for our ISO quality manual that ultimately gained an ISO 9001 certification.- Co - managed a $500K capital expenditure on a robotic thermal arc spray welding process.
