Built two 20,000 sq m new factories in 2013. Supervised the residential area of 50,000 sq m property which comprises of two residential 4-storey block, including the water pump and treatment rooms, electrical supply station and other communal amenities.Lead the daily operations of the manufacturing hub which includes the manufacturing of “Nitti” safety footwear and the manufacturing of high precision fluid chemical piston transfer “IPM” pump for chemical application. The factories achieved ISO9000 quality systems certification and European CE EN ISO 20345-1 as well as product certifications for the Nitti safety shoes products for export throughout the South East Asia, Middle East and Australia/New Zealand regions. The IPM pumps are CE certified to EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN809:1998/A1:2009 standards.Applied Kaizen lean manufacturing concepts in our manufacturing hub and today it is sustainable with costs, productivity and product quality improvement programmes as its ongoing initiatives. Strict implementation of the plant health, safety and environment programmes, the “Zero Accident” campaign was 100% successful, without a single major accident during the 4 years period.
