As the manager of the Product Quality team, I am responsible for ensuring that we have a robust yet efficient solution in place to ensure the quality of our products from the software, hardware, and process standpoint. A key area of responsibility is managing a team of software development engineers in test to ensure they have the support and tools they need to do their jobs effectively. Outside of the day to day software testing, I work with product management to ensure their process of delivering a product supports our goals of delivering high quality products.

Richland/Kennewick/Pasco, Washington Area

At Cadwell I manage a team of Implementation Analysts and Project Managers to implement Cadwell's software and hardware solutions at customer sites throughout the United States. Additionally, I coordinate on-site training at the customer site from a group of regionally-based representatives. Project work includes many of the phases of project management from gathering requirements and architecting a technical solution utilizing Cadwell's client-server architecture to coordinating delivery of the hardware and training for the end users.

Bellevue, Wa

Client work across several different industries including: automotive sales, travel, health insurance, software, telecom and advertising. I have spent anywhere from 3 months to 18 months at a time on each client. Project Manager - Automotive Manufacturing (Los Angeles 2017 - 6 months) -As a project manager and part of the PMO, I managed the 3 to 6-month project plan across 4 agile teams delivering a large web solution on AWS.-Served as the liaison between the client, product team and development teams to resolve risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of product releases.Project/Development manager of a team of 6 developers at Online Travel Agency (Bellevue, WA – 16 months). -Provided technical and schedule oversight for new features developed by the team-Worked with the product managers to develop new user stories for features. Gathered business and technical requirements and established prioritization. Technical lead on a development team at an Insurance Agency (Seattle, WA – 3 months). -Worked with the client to understand the business requirements for an application designed to outline changes to employee health care plans and turn those requirements into features of a website. Project Manager on a software implementation team at a credit bureau (Charleston, SC – 6 months)-Worked with 10 – 15 clients across the country at any given time helping them onboard to a SaaS application that provided insight to their legal responsibilities of the Affordable Care Act.Developer and Agile leader at a Digital Marketing Agency (Atlanta, GA – 11 months)Developer/Data Analysist at a large telecom (Bellevue, WA – 15 months)Most of my projects at Pariveda used an agile approach to project management taught me valuable skills. I spent time as a plan manager, scrum master, development manager, tech lead and mentor to my coworkers. I received 4 promotions starting as junior consultant and finally as a manager.

-Worked with the team to test and debug products such as Novell Access Manager, Novell Cloud Security and Services, Sentinel 7.0 and Access Gateway for Cloud. -I spent a lot of my testing time writing tests for our java test frame works to automate the manual test of Novell products. -Helped set up and manage a cloud environment with over 500 vms, used to quickly clone operating systems, and install software using scripting languages. This project helped reduce the time to perform setups for certain tests by as much as 75% -Set up a cluster of Linux machines to host XEN VMs on a SAN. Worked heavily in other virtual environments as well such as VMWare ESXi to set up test environments.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Worked on an HTML5 app for the iPad. Technologies used included , browser databases, Sencha Touch, javascript, and the Microsoft Sync Framework 4.0
