Responsible for all aspects of the reliability growth program for the AJAX family of vehicles including:- development of reliability growth models, program plans, detailed test plans, and organizational process for reliability growth,- execution of vehicle testing,- coordination of corrective action release and embodiment onto test assets, and- final reliability calculations to verify compliance to the contract. Achievements:- Decomposed the contract reliability requirements into an achievable RGT program.- Established formal company processes for incident sentencing, root cause analysis, and reliability analysis- Executed the initial reliability trials, drove design changes through to release and embodiment on to vehicles to successfully pass the Entry Qualification Test phase of the RGT program.

Led a team of 15 manufacturing and continuous improvement engineers responsible for the transition of the complete assembly, testing and delivery process for all six variants of the AJAX family of vehicles from the original assembly facility in Spain to a new production facility in Wales.- Responsible for the complete Manufacturing Data Package (MDP) including build plans, work instructions, in-process testing, and final painting for each variant and value stream. - Responsible for establishing the operational processes throughout the production organizations.Achievements:- Established a complete set of manufacturing engineering and build control processes to include: o development and control of each MDP; o development of change control processes to incorporate design changes into existing MDPs; o process flow diagrams and production floor layouts to optimize the available space for the multiple value streams to be executed; and o Incident control and rectification processes;- Developed complete MDP for all six variants including both retrofit of vehicles built in Spain and initial assembly of bare hulls to final delivered vehicles. In total ten value streams were developed and executed- Successfully delivered the first production AJAX vehicles accepted into service with the British Army.- Successfully delivered initial First of Type vehicles and Reliability Growth Trials vehicles to support final design verification testing.

AJAX provides a step-change in the Armoured Fighting Vehicle capability being delivered to the British Army.The AJAX programme includes six variants: AJAX, ARES, APOLLO, ATHENA, ATLAS and ARGUS. Each AJAX variant will be a highly-agile, tracked, medium-weight armoured fighting vehicle, providing British troops with state-of-the-art best-in-class protection. In September 2014, General Dynamics UK was awarded £3.5 billion to deliver 589 AJAX platforms to the British Army. In July 2015, it was awarded a further £390 million contract to provide in-service support for the AJAX fleet until 2024.

- In April 2017, Norsk Titanium became the first FAA-approved supplier of 3D-printed structural titanium components, and has successfully delivered production orders to Boeing for the 787 Dreamliner. - Established, implemented, and executed a complete configuration management program based on EIA-649B for the entire organization across sites in Norway and the USA. Developed the part/document number schema, the configuration status accounting system, and the change management processes to ensure positive CM control of both the RPD™ System and the 3D printed material produced on those machines. Provided training and guidance to migrate a research focused organization to a production organization capable of meeting the strict CM requirements of the aerospace industry.- As of September 2017, accepted leadership of the Machine Delivery team, responsible for accepting, testing, installing, and certifying operation of new RPD™ Systems. Worked closely with major subcontractors to ensure successful completion of supplier testing, on-time delivery of hardware, and quick resolution of failures. Managed a team of machine engineers, operators, and IT professionals to execute Factory Acceptance Testing at the Norway site, coordinate shipping of the systems to the operational site, and complete installation and final Site Acceptance Testing. Managed execution of the follow-up Machine Qualification Testing to verify that the material produced by each machine meets the rigorous requirements of NTi and NTi's customers.

Lead the documentation effort to develop a complete technical data package (TDP) for the Rapid Plasma Deposition™ System. Work with the existing staff and additional temporary hires to develop all documentation including Interface Control Documents, Specifications, Architecture Diagrams, Requirements Compliance Matrices, Design Drawings, Assembly Instructions, Verification Plans, Test Procedures, and Manuals.

Chief Engineer for the Joint Assault Bridge (JAB) program responsible for all technical aspects of the program.

Manager of the Hydraulics Integration and Test Integrated Product Team responsible for the following:• All technical duties listed under Engineering Specialist, Technical Lead – Hydraulics IPT below• Development of detailed project schedules and proposals as required to support design efforts • Maintenance and reporting of project progress in accordance with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines• Management of multiple subcontractors during design development to ensure efficient integration and system performance• Technical interface with primary customer on-site• Supervision of the direct reporting staff in the Hydraulics Integration and Test IPT.

Duties included: • Development of component CIS• Development of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) for subcontractor support• Coordination of subcontractor activities for design, development, testing, and repair of units• Development of Design Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs)• Development and execution of vehicle test plans• Inspection of all failed hardware and development of Root Cause Analyses (RCAs)

Provided Systems Engineering support to the Auxiliary Systems, Engine, Hull Structure & Armor, Hull Mechanical Systems, and Logistics IPTs on the EFV Program. Duties included: • Creation, review and processing of all Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Waivers, Deviations and associated documentation• Creation, review, and processing of all Retrofit ECRs and associated Modification Kits• Development of Critical Item Design Specifications (CIDS) and CIS• Creation of Indentured Parts Lists (IPLs) to maintain proper configuration management through the ECR process.

Provided mechanical engineering support to the Product Team for Navigation Systems Implementation of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA - AND-720). Duties covered all areas that require mechanical engineering support. Duties included: • Facilitation of the redesign of the MS-20 Low Impact Resistant (LIR) mast• Coordination with a Harvey Mudd College Clinic Team on determining the survivability of the current Low Impact Resistant Structures (LIRS) in flood conditions and the redesign of the LIRS to increase survivability• Review and updating of all LIRS manufacturing and installation drawings in AutoCAD format.
