NTi utilizes award-winning, proprietary RPD® technology to produce titanium parts, allowing our clients to reduce cost and lead times and preserve critical natural resources. Our vision is simple: Innovating the future of metal. Our Merke IV RPD® machines utilize customers' CAD files and titanium wire to produce additively manufactured 'near net shape' aerospace-grade components at a rate of 5-10 KG/hour and with a 'buy to fly' ratio as little as 3 to 1. Norsk Titanium’s RPD® technology saves several million dollars per composite airplane & reduces the quantity of titanium to be mined. Modern airliners increasingly use titanium and carbon in their construction – these aircrafts are lighter, use less fuel and are easier to maintain. Thanks to aviation pioneers such as Boeing and Airbus, every commercial aircraft will soon be made from composite and titanium. Our headquarters and Technology Center is located at Eggemoen (Hønefoss, Norway). In 2017 we opened our Development and Qualification Center in Plattsburgh, NY (USA), to showcase our additive manufacturing production line and to qualify and produce aerospace components. In 2020, we opened our full-scale Production Center in Plattsburgh, NY. Our technology is the future of additive manufacturing, and we look forward to its application in Defense, Oil and Gas, and Industrial markets. CAREERS WITH NTi As our company grows, we are actively seeking specialists to join our teams in Norway & the US. If you're interested in leaving your footprint on a new era of on-demand metal additive manufacturing that will revolutionize industries, please visit www.norsktitanium.com/careers/ to view vacancies. NTi is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to inclusion, diversity and equity. We are committed to employment and advancement opportunities to all applicants, including minorities, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
