The Company is a leader in the production of carbon fiber, woven and specialty reinforcements, prepegs and other fiber-reinforced matrix systems, honeycombs and composite structures.Serve as member of and trusted strategic advisor to the leadership team of the Americas Aerospace and Global Fibers business units, overseeing all legal matters for 10 US and 2 European locations with combined revenues representing more than 50% of Hexcel’s annual revenue. Principal legal advisor to Chief Information Officer and IT leadership team, taking active role in cybersecurity risk management and regulatory compliance, including NIST and CMMC compliance.Significant contributor to day-to-day management of the company on strategic business and operational issues.Manage Contract Administration for all US customer contracts, interacting regularly with Sales and Product Management to proactively manage contractual risk.Collaborate with internal and external intellectual property counsel to ensure robust protection of significant intellectual property portfolio.Work closely with Human Resources, Environmental, Health & Safety leadership and other functional areas to address compliance issues and ensure that business practices comply with regulations.Manage outside counsel on labor and employment, litigation and other legal matters; set budget objectives and ensure they are met. Responsible for corporate financing and public company (SEC) reporting, global reorganization of corporate structure, customer and supplier contracts and compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.Led Compliance Office from 2014-2017, with responsibility for the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, running training programs, supervising investigations and periodic reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Initiated global employee survey to evaluate effectiveness of the Compliance Program.
