• Responsible for the manufacture, testing and packaging of the CT-800 adipose (human fat tissue) derived stem cell separator/device:➢ Loaded software tests and calibrated sub-assemblies – subsequently installed sub-assemblies into device and adjusted potentiometers and optical sensors➢ Performed 36hr functional burn-in tests, loaded customer-specific software and device detailing and performed final fluid testing and packaging➢ Accurately completed lot history records, work orders, failure analysis reports, non-conforming material request forms, change orders and other related, pertinent QA/QC documentation➢ Worked closely with Shipping and Receiving to ensure devices/units were properly prepared, packaged and shipped to both domestic and international customers and distributors• Supported Operations, Clinical, Product Development, Research & Development (R& D), Customer Service, Technical Service, Material Control, Clean Room, Quality and Machine Shop departments• Performed preventative maintenance on test equipment and cell banking equipment, both onsite and offsite
