As the events manager I worked as well as educated the public and staff on the product to execute in-store demos at pre-determined stores. My team also worked at events such as triathlons, walk-for-cancer and other various walks, fairs, grand openings and other events that were athletically driven. Most of these events were scouted by me. Some concerts and local community events were sponsored by Function as well. I was responsible at these events for establishing contact with the organizer, setting up tents, tables, transporting and organizing inventory, placing signage in highest traffic area, clean up, and management of 3-4 persons. Each event I executed I was responsible for keeping meticulous inventory and sales records. Pictures were also taken of every executed event. This information was then emailed back to corporate office along with a field report.
