Starting at an early age, I have been FILLED with curiosity! I was the kid in the outfield playing with the bugs in grass rather than watching for the next ball to come my way, or imagining the epic struggle between good and evil while my soccer team fought valiantly without me (I actually scored a goal in my own net once...). It took a long time and a lot of failure to find something that satisfied my curiosity enough to really get me to focus. Turns out, it was the PEOPLE around me!In high school, I was introduced to what it means to be a servant leader. I found that taking someone's vision of who they want to be and connecting that to who they are so that we can close that gap was exactly what satisfied my curiosity! Through my time in the Army and post-military across a wide spectrum of civilian experiences, I have learned so much about what a great leader is and am excited to be a part of a company that allows me to live and breath that.
