As part of the Strategic Growth business unit, Eric is responsible for driving growth for BT’s most significant global accounts by developing a deep understanding of customer business strategies and delivering outcomes that help them to meet their key objectives.

Responsible for managing and developing short and long term opportunities with BT's largest US headquartered multinational customers. Market the full BT Global Services portfolio which encompasses complex global networks, outsourcing, cloud services, security, UCC, professional and managed services.

Member of the Strategic Sales team leading the response, structuring and selling of complex customer proposals. Responsibilities include: Developing win business strategies, selling complex solutions, client presentations, complete customer statement of work documents, and respond to Request for Proposals from customers.

Worked with BT's IP address management product, Diamond IP and BT's network security service, Assured Threat Monitoring to manage accounts and drive sales. Duties Include: Bring in new logos for Diamond IP, drive renewals for Assured Threat Monitoring, expand Diamond IP portfolio to include BT Connect Apps, build sales strategy for a Desk Based Account Management Team.

Worked with the Chief Operating Officer team to optimize global telco and non-telco savings. Duties include: Master BT portfolio offering with focus on BT One Lync, performing CPG-wide analytics on site inventories to optimize cost savings, using PowerPivot to identify Cisco SmartNet overcharges to improve CPG bottom line, worked with NCR to improve CPG services and bottom line

Documented and maintained the company’s new Cloud Technology Platform as well as price book management and verification. Additional responsibilities included: client presentation preparation, go-to-market strategy discussions, account management and new client presentation.• Completed portal documentation ahead of schedule for planned August launch in Europe

Responsibilities included: Month end sales reporting, coordination of national advertising campaign, maintaining and updating the companies college recruitment campaigns, executive scheduling and coordinating meetings and convention scheduling for executives.• Worked extensively in MS Office providing up to date sales reports and spreadsheets to the field

Worked closely with the management team to learn the roles each department plays in the distribution of the company’s products. Additional responsibilities included: coordinated marketing efforts for an Asia Pacific distributor conference, assisted in financial analysis for the acquisition of a business in New Zealand, client acquisition through targeted cold calling, inventory controls at month end to verify revenues and assisted in the purchasing process.• Contributed to the successful close of an acquisition that expanded the company’s reach into the New Zealand market
