ULEAD is 3-day mentor and leadership program designed for incoming UW-Whitewater freshmen and transfer students. As a ULEADer, I helped design small and large-group activities, a campus tour, and helped assist the program directors throughout the week. I co-managed and facilitated a group of over 100 incoming UW-Whitewater students through planned events, leadership talks, and a ULEAD graduation ceremony. Events included guest speakers from the University, the campus tour, a trash-pickup community service activity, and other small group ice-breaker activities.
