My unique history began with a degree in English and Rhetoric from Binghamton University in upstate New York. After graduation, I moved to Florida to begin my professional golf career. Over the next several years, I competed for a living, while teaching golf schools and publishing a book entitled, " Thinking Your Way Around the Golf Course." My book discusses how to get the most of your talent. I believe that this philosophy should be applied to all aspects and activities that everybody does.While I left the “competitive golf world" several years ago, I have been engrossed in junior golf for the past 10 years. I “manage” my son’s "elite" junior career. For about 15 years in the middle, I held various positions in the Human Capital Management (HCM) world, focusing on Sales, Recruiting, Sales Management and Operations. I became an expert on how to uncover and understand the needs and objectives of my client companies.For the last four years, I owned a franchise with Patrice and Associates… an executive recruiting company.
