Directly involved in negotiated contracts with our Contract Pharmacy and Boston Hemophilia Center, as well as being involved in pricing with insurance companies. Maintain oversight to our Program's budget in order to make strategic business decisions to maximize growth for the program. Work directly with MGPO and BWPO to identify all issues with our Charge and Payment system, as well as oversee the corrective processes put into place. The 340 B Drug Program is heavily regulated by the government and it's governing bodies, so I must ensure our program is always in compliance with all regulations in place, so not to jeopardize our status as a 340 B Eligible Program. Maintain oversight of all aspects of our Center and requirements to stay accredited. Update information on OPA registration.

I am responsible for disbursing the tickets to patients and families for sporting events, concerts, and other various events.I have implemented a new process for gift card purchasing and disbursement for our Child Life Specialists. Gift cards are purchased as a supplemental way of funds for our department for items that cannot be purchased through our vendors in Peoplesoft. I am responsible for purchasing the gift cards in bulk, tracking the gift cards in a spreadsheet along with their monetary values, securely storing the gift cards we have on hand, what the cards are being distributed for and to whom they are going to, and knowing at all time how much money we have on hand in gift cards.I am also responsible for ordering all office supplies and ensuring all administrative and clerical work is efficiently completed in a timely manner. This includes filing, scheduling meetings for department heads, answering and directing calls appropriately, and organizing.
