I have led and contributed to various teams and projects that improved operational performance, ensured data accuracy, and met regulatory standards. Most recently, I worked as a loan manager at BrightStar Credit Union, where I leveraged my previous experience at Wells Fargo to quickly learn and apply the best practices and procedures for loan QC/QA functions. I worked with a diverse range of clients, identified their financial needs, and customized products for their success. I also cross-sold related products and services, and assisted the clients through the loan lifecycle. I enjoyed taking on diverse challenges, learning new skills, and going the extra mile for my customers and colleagues.
