Hi, my name is Eric Crump. If we’re meeting for the first time, you should know that there are few things I’m more passionate about than the home healthcare and hospice industries. Unfortunately the industry is facing quite a few challenges right now and a lot of agency owners are getting tired of experiencing the ups and downs. I hear it all the time. Things just aren’t fair anymore. Agency owners are working more and earning less while having their profits squeezed and dealing with more inconvenient regulations than ever before. However if you’re like me, you probably still believe this industry has a lot of potential.At this point you may be asking yourself why I believe that and what even qualifies me to have an opinion. And those would both be very good questions. You see I’ve spent the last twenty plus years working in the industry and doing everything from being a home health nurse to Sales Management and Consulting. During my five years as the Vice President of Business Development for AMH Healthcare, our team experienced the fastest Medicare Census growth of any company in the home health sector as we went from 3800+ patients in 2012, to over 8200+ Medicare patients by Q3 of 2017. I’ve also spent quite a bit of time working with agency owners across the country and helping them move toward similar results.The bottom-line is this, and if you take nothing else away from reading my profile, here’s something for you to consider: Our mission at JTC Consulting is to help as many agencies as we can increase revenue WITHOUT adding employees.As contrarian as that may sound, we know we’ve done our job when we see clients consistently experiencing those kind of results.
