Performed as administrator for Management of Change process (MoC), and Document Control Lead for MoC Process in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). Acted as liaison between GoM IT team, business users and offshore personnel. Input, maintained QC, extracted, manipulated, and analyzed GoM MoC data.- Collaborated with GoM operations team, identifying software and creating electronic MoC process mimicking out of date paper process.- Led group, creating electronic auditable MoC process from existing paper process that could not be easily tracked or audited.- Created training manual for new eMOC process and traveled through Louisiana and Texas providing F2F group training, ensuring successful launch and maintenance of process.- Established and maintained user database utilizing single sign on (SSO) process assuring users new eMOC tool had easy yet protected access to system.- Evaluated variations, deviations and trends of MoC data in SpotFire Data Analysis tool, identifying leading / lagging KPIs, including in team optimization meetings and corporate annual reports.- Acted as SME for MEG Recovery Unit (MRU) during pre-commissioning training, startup, operation, and optimization on Independence Hub Semi-Submersible production platform, creating detailed sampling and final product analysis procedures, resulting in faster unit start up and optimization, while increasing unit run time.Commissioned and operated all equipment and electronics on Red Hawk Cell Spar. Provided training on, commissioned, operated, and acted as SME for Glycol Recovery Unit (MEG vacuum distillation unit). Performed equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Provided daily platform equipment operation and optimization. Operated PLC, Wonder ware interfaced control system.
