Events and Operations

Coordinate and successfully organize a wide variety of events for the Conference, including sports events, media hosting, and luncheons.Propose effective layouts for events and coordinate with all staff management including VIP members, event logistics and internal/external communication functions throughout the event cycle.Communicate with all vendors, clients, venue officials and staff to retain customer loyalty and ensure successful organization of events at the internal and external level.Coordinate hospitality measures for special groups as guest of the Conference at events, such Disable Veterans and VIP Fan Experiences.
