Led team through 3 critical operational crises with diplomacy.Increased applicant’s satisfaction with the enlistment process over 64% by streamlining processing for 5,000+ applicants, incorporating a highly improved administrative process.Developed a step-by-step process to assist applicants with navigating the MEPs which was adopted in the updated Standard Operating Procedures.

Supervised 82 military personnel and directed operations across multiple overseas deployments. Managed Rear Detachment support and assigned personnel to support 5 missions. Controlled $200K+ of equipment. Rapidly responded, researched, and gained knowledge of 2 disaster relief missions in Puerto Rico and Houston, Texas.Deployed to Puerto Rico in support of Hurricane Maria. Identified total of military personnel on Island to be 17,000. Accurate identification drove Department of Defense to allocate additional military help to the cause.Effectively relocated the company, in less than 45 days. Managed $2M in equipment. Selected by leadership to step into Senior Operations & Personnel Manager role, in their absence for 2+ months.

Represented the U.S. Army as an Ambassador delivering informational presentations and briefings on the benefits of employment/career in the U.S. Army. Worked directly within 18 high schools and 2 higher educational institutions. Conducted, promoted, and championed Army awareness programs; contacted, interviewed, and counseled potential applicants for U.S. Army enlistment. Determined applicant enlistment eligibility, prepared, and qualified applicants for enlistment. Prepared future Soldiers for entry training. Achieved 30% increase in productivity over the previous year by conducting training that enhanced personnel skills and communication capabilities. Drove 150% increase in enlistments by detailing various multi-agency programs.Executed an outstanding Future Soldier Training Program that resulted in 100% of prospective applicants shipping out for basic training. Processed correspondence to the office of the Army Chief of Staff, Secretary of Defense, Congressional Legislative Liaison, and the White House Liaison Office. Maintained daily calendar for 8 General Officers and 7 Senior Executive Personnel with zero discrepancies.
