Maintain good relationships with various vendors, as well as, purchasing repair and replacement parts and equipment to ensure consistent equipment reliability and plant availability. Weekly development of our Maintenance Schedule and working to achieve consistent schedule attainment above 85% while completing break-in and emergency work. Effectively communicate with Plant Managers and Engineering to ensure clear and concise goals and directions are shared and understood.

Effectively communicate with Plant Managers and Engineering to ensure clear and concise goals and directions are shared and understood.During this time, I have also developed, setup, and organized our Plant's Storeroom, Inventory Database, and Inventory Management System. I have created and maintained a Vendor Database and developed excellent business relationships to garner prioritized service during emergent situations. I assisted in the creation of our CMMS Instruction Manual and trained the new Storeroom Clerk and Plant Personnel in the new Storeroom Management, Purchasing, and Inventory Management System. This System is currently being streamlined to become the standard across all our Manufacturing Plants.

Began as an Instrumentation and Controls Technician, but later advanced to a Senior Controls Technician. After 18 years of developing and improving my technical expertise, I was promoted to a Maintenance Planner, where my experience and computer expertise could be used for the benefit of the entire department. Became a System Administrator for the Maximo CMMS and maintained the integrity of the Maximo database.
