Management And Program Analyst (Trademark Trial And Appeal Board)
Current• Conduct analytical and evaluative exercises, identify patterns, and plan to observe both staff and internal processes that encourage Trademark Trial and Appeal Board improvements.• Perform analytical and evaluative tasks to support Trademark Trial and Appeal Board hearing function improvements and interrelated issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of a paneling program or similar.• Participate in developing strategies for planning and developing programs within the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to provide support for the overall proceedings.• Plan and carry out studies, either personally or through team members, while also providing advice and developing and evaluating policies.• Encourage the scheduling and administration of hearings, committees, dockets, and decision distribution.• Participate in equipment testing before a scheduled oral hearing, issue quality orders, evaluate case planning, and manage incoming filings during the hearing phase.• Plan, carry out and report on the original or ongoing analysis, evaluations, or reviews with a wide range of complex features.• Create and interpret program planning, execution, and evaluation guidance.• Prepare directives, issuances, memoranda, policy statements, legislative proposals, and other written guidelines to introduce new initiatives.• Promote a high-trust atmosphere by treating every customer with dignity, courtesy, and professionalism.• Maintain good contact and productive relationships with both customers and team members to encourage customer satisfaction.
