I am extremely well-versed in all manner of statutory and discretionary incentives including cash grants, withholding tax rebates, IRB & TIF financing, property tax abatements, sales tax exemptions, tax credits, utility incentives, training grants, Federal grants, infrastructure grants and local governmental incentives. I also lead Atlas Insight’s research team, and remain actively involved with client management, incentive negotiation, site selection, incentive opportunity evaluation, strategic planning, forecasting, risk management and business development.
