The person you want beside you in your business. I believe in being part of a team in order to help the business I am working for. Pay is great, but you can get and do that anywhere. Being part of a team that overcomes challenges, celebrates successes, learns from failures is my goal.Just finished running a Minuteman Press franchise for the last 7+ years, we sold in April 2019 as the choice between running a business and raising the family was becoming increasingly less satisfying to handle. Although I have no degree or certificate in business management, the practical skills and lessons I learned (from successes and failures) are the real practical lessons of dealing with, customers, employees, vendors, small and big businesses.

7.5 Glorious years of owning, running, managing a franchise came to an end in 2019. Sold the business and moving on to other things. As challenging as it was, we miss it (co-owned and operated with Cheryl Davidson) a little but are also enjoying a little more time with our family. Mixed with the previous 4.5 years working in that same business before.
