I work on updating older systems and creating new solutions for the Clay County Sheriff's Office. This includes making a new timecard system that fulfills the specific needs of the agency to creating data validation reports for members to ensure that the data we have is correct and to be able to see where things are going. I have created or helped create and update many other applications such as the eWarrants application and the new NeoGov application to make sure that the data that is being used is correct and that the applications provide use for the agency.

In this role, I worked on a team where we built cases for clients so that their employees can sign up for insurance. We worked in the following enrollment platforms: Employee Navigator, bSwift and Selerix. In these systems we did work ranging from braking down data so that it can be imported into each system, building EDI for data transfer to carriers, and general production support issues. We used the SCRUM methodology to carry out most tasks that we received from each client.

I was a cashier at Wal-Mart where we worked in a team. I handled money effectively and managed a checkout line so that people would be able to have a nice experience while still have a quick an easy checkout.
