Responsible for trading operations and market data functions at Robinhood Financial including best execution, corporate actions, IPO offering, market data, and recommendations.

• Lead a team that functions as trading oversight, input, review, and research for retail brokerage and managed accounts business. • Coaching, mentoring and evaluation of personnel • Regulatory review and sign-off of Trade Team activities including reporting, trade oversight, rules engine updates, firm error and sundry accounts, and client communications

Subject matter expert for Brokerage Trading team. Provided leadership and guidance to teammates while ensuring that all goals and SLA's were met for the team.

• Review daily reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, verify accurate trade execution and charges, and identify trends • Best execution review and reporting • Monitor trade approval queue, enter manual trades and process trade corrections in self-directed and managed accounts • Securities related research including corporate actions, execution and settlement

• Monitor team phone calls and score them based on level of sales and service • Review and approve trades, account opening documentation, and broker correspondence with customers for a high volume trading desk • Options Principal - Review and approve options trading applications • Place trades and assist clients with account inquiries and brokerage related questions
