I am originally from Germany, which is where I completed all of my GCSE’s and A-levels as well as spending some time at an art school in Berlin before moving the UK. I have spent time working my way up the career ladder, starting out in as a warehouse operative, then going up in to the world of admin and from there in to management. I am a hard working, determined and enthusiastic individual with experience in admin based and managerial roles.My daily duties in my previous positions included (but were not limited to):- E-mail exchanges with customers and internal departments - Phone calls and online meetings with customers and representatives from companies,- Management of daily workflow- Training new staff - Dealing with escalated complaints
