CurrentTeam Leader for engineers across multiple geographies. Our mission is to ensure continuity of supply of more than 10,000 service parts for over 100 printer models. Maintains engineering responsibility for these products from initial release through market withdrawal. Manages Engineering Changes for these products for cost reductions, quality improvements, and supplier moves. Performs failure analysis on defective units, then develops action plans for finished goods (scrap, rework, or use as-is) and drives corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. Develops processes for remanufacturing parts, from initial business case analysis to decide which parts are good candidates, to final creation of the step-by-step remanufacturing instructions.• Delivered $10MM savings by developing processes for remanufacturing service parts rather than buying new• Reduced inventory burden $50MM by identifying quality problems, reworking, and releasing back to good stock
