My main goal in life was to facilitate (teach), so that I may help others by sharing my skills, knowledge, and experiences, so that lessons may be learned from my missteps and successes. My goal was realized in 2006 when I became a facilitator for a non-profit organization that dealt with individuals who wanted to move forward. Whether on social service or being new to the country many lacked the knowledge, support group(s), and life skills, amongst other circumstances, to meet the challenge. I used my knowledge of construction, financial literacy, and management to design and deliver a Construction Technology Training program. This course included many important soft skills as well as trade skills required to help achieve success for our clients.Client reviews have been positive and many commented on how the overall experience has changed their lives in a beneficial way.
