In my role as Director of Production, I oversee all work done post harvest. This is including but not limited to managing the trim and harvest members, product test per Colorado MED & CDPHE rules and any post-production compliance within the cultivation facility.

I started at Green Dream Cannabis as a trimmer in the cultivation facilities. From there I had worked my way into the Post-Production Management team. I oversaw trimmers and harvest crews to ensure all work was done efficiently and in the proper manner to ensure the highest quality of product leaving the facility. I spent two years directly working with the company's owners with license renewals and eventually the sale of the three Green Dream cultivation facilities. The end of my employment with Green Dream I spent as the General Manager of the Green Dream retail location.
